I like to read reviews because it’s cool to hear from people who’ve already stayed in the place. Gives you a real feel for what the place is actually going to be like when you get there. Granted, some of the comments I’ll take with a pinch of salt and at the end of the day, I’ll make up my own mind based on a few different factors, but other people’s reviews are a part of that for sure.

Jenny said..I always read the reviews before choosing the place I am going to visit or booking an accommodation. It is a real useful tool, off course we should all be aware before making a decision about where to stay or what to see that any comment is based on a real personal experience and what it is good for someone maybe is not good for someone else. I do believe that regarding accommodation reviews the comments and the rating could be from the property point of view a strong marketing point while for the customer is a great assistance in his research. Also properties, through the comments, can find ways of improving their services and understand better their customers needs.
